Eesha Koppikar tied the knot with restaurateur Timmy Narang at the ISKCON temple in Juhu in traditional Maharashtrian style. The ceremony was attended by close friends and family on Sunday. A reception is scheduled around 9 p.m. Sunday night at the Narang House in Pali Hill.
An official told IANS that the wedding ceremony took place for four hours. The Bollywood actress was wearing a red and yellow sari and the groom was wearing a cream sherwani. They left the temple around 3 p.m. The auspicious time scheduled for the wedding was 11 a.m.
The official further said ‘They brought their own priest and we provided the hall and the food. They had a booking here from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.’.
Narang had told reporters before entering the temple that he is very excited and can’t wait to get married.
