Pop star Madonna has been confirmed as the new face of Dolce & Gabbana.

According to femalefirst.co.uk reports Stefano Gabbana is thrilled that the singer has taken part in a campaign for the fashion house.

Madonna will appear in the Dolce & Gabbana’s spring 2010 campaign, advertising their womenwear collection. The advertisement will be Sicilian-themed. It was shot by fashion photographer Stephen Klein in Brooklyn.
