Paris Hilton is in trouble after Gwyneth Shoes, a shoe company alleged that she had copied their design for her own line of footwear.
The socialite heiress has been accused of stealing the idea to include a heart-shaped pad on the heels’ insoles. A design that brand’s bosses claim they filed to patent in 2007.
She released the range in question in February 2008.
