After Russell Brand went shopping for a diamond ring recently, he has sparked speculations that he is planning to propose to his girlfriend Katy Perry. He was photographed browsing diamond rings at top London jewellers Cartier.

According to Contactmusic reports the comic actor has been dating the ‘I Kissed A Girl’ hitmaker since October after they met at the MTV Video Music Awards function. He has spoken frequently of his deep feeling for Katy Perry, admitting: ‘I am in love’.
