Fashion designer Stella McCartney, who has never used leather or fur in any of her collection and singer Morrissey who is a ardent animal right activist and vegetarian has teamed up to launch leather-free footwear collection.
Stella McCartney told the Daily Mail “I’m working with Morrissey on a line of leather-free shoes which I’m really excited about. We are still in the early stages, but the shoes could be launched next year”.

Jay-Z and The Strokes will play next year’s Isle Of Wight festival, held at Seaclose Park, Newport.
The three day festival takes place on 11th to 13th June 2010 and will also see performance from Pink, Orbital and Blondie. Tickets for the festival will go on sale from 4th December, 2009.
